Safety, Government & Trade Partners

SAFE WORK IS HOW WE BUILD.

Safety is not a separate program at K Builders — it is part of how we plan, coordinate, and execute every project.

Our safety commitment

SAFETY IS BUILT INTO THE WORK.

K Builders approaches safety as a core operational responsibility, not a compliance checkbox. Safe work is planned, communicated, and enforced from the first day of a project through final closeout. Our objective is zero incidents — and that objective is reflected in how we select trade partners, conduct pre-task planning, manage the site, and communicate with owners.

K Builders' CEO holds an OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification. A written safety program is in place and applied to all projects. Safety requirements are communicated to trade partners prior to mobilization and enforced throughout the project.

Trade Partner Requirements

GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.

K Builders has direct experience working in military construction environments. Subcontract work performed at Fort Benning, Georgia included metal framing, interior layout, and drywall installation — providing hands-on familiarity with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and certified payroll documentation.

K Builders is actively developing its government-sector capabilities. The company does not currently hold SAM.gov registration, a UEI, CAGE code, or any government set-aside certifications. These capabilities are being pursued as part of the company's long-term growth plan.

K Builders does not currently claim DBE, MBE, or other set-aside certifications. Any government-sector opportunities will be pursued with full transparency regarding current capabilities and certifications.
