Commercial construction structural steel framing

K Builders, Inc. · Established 2013

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. GROUNDED IN PRINCIPLE.

K Builders was built from the field up — from hands-on construction work to project leadership, estimating, scheduling, and owner relationships. That foundation shapes how we approach every project today.

Our foundation

BUILT FROM THE FIELD UP.

K Builders, Inc. was established in 2013 with a foundation built on practical construction experience, hard work, accountability, and relationships. Today, the company is focused on commercial construction throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding markets, bringing experienced field leadership and a hands-on understanding of how projects are actually built.

From planning through final closeout, our objective is simple: understand the work, manage the details, communicate clearly, protect the schedule, solve problems, and deliver on our commitments.

ABOUT K BUILDERS' SERVICES

Our mission

"K Builders exists to build lasting relationships through projects delivered safely, professionally, and with a commitment to keeping our promises."

The meaning behind the name

THE K IN K BUILDERS.

The K in K Builders represents Kingdom Builders — a reminder that business should be conducted with integrity, stewardship, respect, accountability, and a commitment to treating people the right way. Our values are reflected not in words on a wall, but in how we manage projects, treat our trade partners, and serve our clients.

What we stand for

OUR VALUES.

Integrity

We say what we mean and do what we say.

Accountability

We own what belongs to us and solve what is in front of us.

Safety

Safe work is not separate from the schedule — it is part of how we build.

Professional Respect

Owners, employees, and trade partners are treated with consistent professionalism.

Relationships

A completed project is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one.

Hard Work

Construction is demanding. We show up prepared and committed every day.

Communication

Owners should understand what is happening on their project at all times.

Commitment

We protect the schedule, manage the details, and deliver on our promises.

Family-owned

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY. LONG-TERM THINKING.

K Builders is a family-owned company. That means the people responsible for your project have a direct stake in its outcome — not just professionally, but personally. Our reputation, our relationships, and our long-term vision are tied to every project we take on.

Leadership

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK.

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Siegrist

A third-generation construction professional, Daniel brings construction knowledge that began in childhood — working alongside his father, learning the trades, and developing a deep respect for what it takes to complete work properly. His professional construction experience dates to approximately 2001 and spans field construction, framing, drywall, finishes, estimating, scheduling, crew management, project supervision, and owner relations. He founded K Builders, Inc. in 2013 with a clear objective: build a commercial construction company grounded in field experience, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Owner | Human Resources

Ivonne Siegrist

As co-owner responsible for human resources and company culture, Ivonne ensures that K Builders operates with the same professionalism internally that it presents to clients and trade partners. Her focus on people, organization, and thoughtful problem-solving helps build the kind of team that can consistently deliver on the company's commitments.
